This technology offers a versatile solution for cutting and drilling, revolutionizing traditional manufacturing processes for the components we produce. Thanks to its precision and flexibility, laser cutting enables the creation of complex designs with intricate geometries, ensuring high-quality and repeatable results. Bending

A wide range of state-of-the-art bending machines allows CFI to shape tubes up to a diameter of 133 x 3.

Our bending capabilities include various types of bends to accommodate the specific needs of each project. We use mandrel bending techniques, planetary bending machines with or without mandrels, selected based on the geometry and diameters of the tubes.
Mandrel bending is ideal for providing internal support during the process, preventing the risk of crushing and deformation in larger diameter tubes. On the other hand, planetary bending machines offer an optimal solution for complex geometries and smaller diameters, where faster execution is required.

Thanks to this variety of bending techniques, CFI is able to meet a wide range of technical requirements, offering customized and high-quality solutions for each project. The combination of advanced technology and technical expertise enables us to tackle the most complex challenges in tube bending, consistently delivering excellent results that meet customer specifications.

End-Forming

CFI offers customized processing for tube end deformation, including bulging, expansions, reductions, tapering, flaring, hose fittings, and collaring.

Bulging: Capacity from 7 mm to 133 mm. Ideal for closing tube ends without the use of end caps.
Flaring: Capacity from 12 mm to 133 mm. Facilitates tube coupling, enhancing the integrity of connections.
Expansion and Reduction: Modifies the diameter of the ends to fit specific connection requirements.
Tapering: Gradually reduces the diameter towards the end, creating a conical shape for smooth flow transitions.

These services ensure tailored solutions, high quality, and precision for every project.

Drilling

CFI has five automatic drilling lines and an advanced LASERTUBE, allowing us to perform a variety of operations with high precision and efficiency:

Drilling: Creation of precise holes in various sizes.
Notching: Production of connections for perfect fittings.
Flow Drill: Holes with reinforced edges for secure connections.
T-Drill: T-shaped holes for special applications.
Laser Drilling: Complex holes and cuts with precision and speed.

Brazing

Brazing at CFI is a highly skilled process certified by external bodies, aimed at reducing the risk of leaks in refrigeration circuits and helping to minimize environmental impact.

We use cutting-edge technologies and specialized manual skills to ensure precise and durable joints. The entire brazing process is constantly monitored, with ongoing training and certification for operators and processes. Additionally, CFI supports customers during the design phase through prototype testing and burst tests, ensuring that each component meets quality standards before production.

We have enhanced our welding department, increasing both capacity and production flexibility. We pay particular attention to TIG welding, ensuring unparalleled precision joints crafted with care by our skilled welding team. Our commitment to quality is supported by a technical dossier for each process, ensuring transparency, traceability, and adherence to the highest standards.

Cleaning and Packaging

All bent tubes from CFI undergo an eco-friendly cleaning process using an industrial system designed to effectively remove bending oil residues, ensuring that the tubes are clean and ready for brazing.

Regarding packaging, we apply caps to the ends of the tubes, label each piece with its specific code to ensure traceability, and offer customizable packaging options to meet customer needs.

Shipping

Shipments of all materials departing from CFI always include a packing list and all the necessary complete documentation.

We also offer customized services such as kanban and consignment stock, providing tailored solutions for each specific need. These services enable smoother and more optimized supply management, adapting to the individual requirements of our clients and improving the efficiency of their operations.
