With an entire department dedicated to the production of copper and aluminum return bends, CFI offers exceptional flexibility and production speed. We manufacture return bends for heat exchangers in copper and aluminum, available in both standard geometries and custom specifications. We can also include brazing rings at the ends, adjustable in height. Our stainless steel (AISI 304 / AISI 316) return bends are made to the client's design and can feature end deformations, such as flaring and tapering, for better integration into the assembly.
U-bends, available in copper and K65, are produced in the most commonly used geometries but can be customized to meet specific requirements. Upon request, we can install brazing rings with varying thicknesses and compositions.
Our production is fully automated and the manufacturing process includes deburring, as well as final washing and cleaning stages in advanced finishing plants.
