Our copper and steel manifolds are custom-made according to client specifications, including standard and special fittings, vent valves, and flanges, suitable for a wide range of applications.
Our dedicated steel manifold production department is continuously evolving both technologically and dimensionally. We are able to evaluate any request and collaborate in a co-design phase to create the most suitable product for the final application.
The raw material used for producing copper manifolds complies with the UNI EN 12735 standard specific to the industry. Additionally, the company, in accordance with Directive 2014/68/EU (PED – Pressure Equipment Directive), exclusively uses materials harmonized with the updated national code AD 2000 – Merkblatt W 6/2.
The raw material used for producing steel manifolds complies with the EN 10217/7 standard.
Each material delivery can be accompanied by the corresponding test certificates in accordance with the EN 10204-3.1 standard.
Upon request, it is possible to provide the technical dossier (brazing book / welding book) with all documentation related to brazing and welding process qualifications.
